They were patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure things were made right. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also made sure I was okay throughout the process and even helped keep my daughter entertained while we waited. On top of that, they took the time to explain a few things to me so I'd understand what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future.
