The pharmacy is a bit of a nightmare experience. Don't do the drive thru. Just don't. You can't hear a word they're saying and for some reason they can't seem to fix the speaker. It's horrible and frustrating for everyone. Twice I've gone and they wouldn't help me because it was close to lunch time. My husband has a bad experience almost every single time he tries to get his prescriptions. If you walk in to get your prescriptions, it's at least a less irritating experience. They're nice, don't get me wrong, but it's just always an ordeal with so many people using this pharmacy.

My first issue was when it asked over the phone if I wanted to automatically renew my prescription. Sounded easy so I said yes. It had an issue and I had to do it manually anyways because it renews too early. Maybe they should fix that.... Anyways, the next issue I had was when I got prescribed some small things. They denied me and said to go buy them off the shelves. By the way, that's illegal. You cannot deny someone a prescription for any reason. The price is different if it is prescribed by a doctor. Technically I could sue or press charges but it's not worth it. And lastly, the other issue was when I called to refill my prescription and it was already being refilled. I had to go through the whole list still which was annoying. I had canceled the automatic refill by then. The call I got told me some ungodly amount of money. So I called. The lady on the phone told me the insurance didn't cover a 90 day supply. So I said it's usually a 30 day supply and I just wanted it fixed. She told me the doctor put it as 90 day supply. So I responded saying it's never been an issue before and she argued with me. Then when I asked why it was an issue now when it never was, she interrupted me to say she would fill it correctly for me. Literally that's ALL I wanted from that conversation. I didn't need some rude lady to argue and interrupt. I had no idea why my prescription was done differently this time when I've been consistently refilling it for months. It is clear that some of the workers here are incompetent and rude. Many seem nice! But whoever I talked to on the phone was rude and whoever refilled the prescription was incompetent. Don't go here if you value quality of prescription. Which... you know... is for your health...

Otherwise, it is an easy spot to grab needed items when staying locally.

You'll find pharmacists that do not hide behind glass and are too busy to talk with their customers. Rather, you'll encounter very helpful folks who are only too pleased to provide a full and very helpful explanation/details/etc. Dealing with these folks was a real relief from the usual CVS, Publix, Wynn Dixie, Walgreens pharmacies.
