However, they have been under new management for a couple of months. All the previous providers have left the practice. I was never notified that my provider left the practice. In fact, photographs of my former provider and others are still on the webpage, so how was I to know they left? I never received a phone call or a letter in the mail. I found out about this recently when my insurance request requested a prior authorization. I went to their new website, and my provider wasn't listed. So I called to ask about this. The first time I called and the phone rang forever with no one picking up the phone. When I was finally able to get through, a young lady answered the phone. I told her about my situation with the prior authorization and she told me that my provider was no longer there. I was told that I had to come in and see a new provider and when I asked why , I was told have a nice day and then hung up on. I wasn't rude; I just had questions, like who my new provider is and why they need me to come in, since I just had an exam two months earlier. And I don't know why, but they called me back 10 minutes later and said they suddenly had an appointment for me the next morning. So I came in to see what was going on. My new provider was very young and I'm not sure how much experience they had. While they were nice, she informed me of the new policies. For example, they began charging for blood draws in the office that had previously been free. It was $35, and now it's down to $15; otherwise, I have to go to another location to have my blood drawn. They put an order for me to have my blood work drawn, even though I just had it drawn 6 to 8 weeks. I asked for a prior authorization which I was told they would do, but after two weeks, I went to my pharmacy and they said they never received one. The front desk used to be helpful, but recently when I went in, everybody was sitting around in a circle talking to each other, pretty much ignoring that I was there. This used to be a very warm, friendly practice that put the patient's needs first. Now, it seems this new management is very business-oriented, looking for ways to make more money at the expense of providing good customer service and focusing on my healthcare needs. I am now leaving this practice, which makes me sad. I feel very sorry for older people who go there. They probably don't know who their provider is anymore and will have to start over with a new provider from the beginning. It's hard to find a good medical practice for your routine healthcare these days, especially in Boca Raton, where everybody is moving towards concierge service. I wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business in the next year.

She reads all past records, listens to current situations, talks about resolving challenges and prescribes meds that address conditions. I am grateful Dr. Mary explains how they work as well as why they do not result in tolerance. I am 90% better. I know she will help me to 100%. Mary sends referrals immediately and knows which doctors will best meet my needs. Dr Robert is just as wonderful in all those areas. So grateful to be with them. TYPE OF CARE: Asthma (now cured), Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) (cured after referral to GI Specialist and upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy performed and esophagus expanded during procedure, difficulty breathing during exercise (all-gone) and blood work-full testing across the spectrum to identify areas of concern. Blood pressure - after trying amlodipine, then losartan, each could not bring readings down. When I asked them to bill my insurance directly, they refused and said I had to pay the $25 first and they would reimburse me later. This has never happened to me before. I even double-checked my policy in front of them, but they still insisted that I pay. I also had to wait 30 minutes for the doctor, and the nurse looked sick while working. It felt like a scam. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I also asked how much the visit would cost without insurance, and she first said $100, then later said $170. Total scam. The positive reviews were definitely written by someone else or by the doctor's friends.

They obviously double book patients which is SO disrespectful to the patients! That was my first and last time that I saw Anne Mon! Anne is entitled! She did not listen to my concerns, didn't care about my symptoms and misdiagnosed my condition. She talked to me as if I was a little kid making up symptoms. Unbelievable! I am in my 40s! Of course I did not take anything personally because I could see that she is totally incompetent and entitled. She should go back to school ASAP or change careers. The following day I saw a real physician who listened to me and got an accurate diagnosis and medication. As for Anne Mon, STAY AWAY FROM HER!

I got moved up because of a cancellation which was great. Now I know why she only sees a few new patients per day. She spent so much time with me addressing every need and concern. Most doctors rush you in and out and Dr. Ginter was the complete opposite. The office staff was extremely friendly and the medical assistant who handled my bloodwork was also great. They do charge $15 for bloodwork drawn in the office, but it's well worth it to not have to go to the labs. I got the results quickly and had a prescription phoned in right away as promised. It was a great experience and I'm so happy I finally found a doctor I can be happy with.

App makes you answer the same long questions for every visit even if you have two appointments for the same day. Bathroom is a single and it is behind locked doors so you have to wait to be buzzed in and if no one is in the front well then you just have to wait. Once you're in there the wait isn't usually too long. You should be out within the hour. There are lots of new drs here now. Offices and bathrooms are clean.
