Got a haircut by Henry the owner. It started off fine but quickly (maybe 8 minutes into knowing…read morethis person) turned inappropriate and creepy when the conversation turned to me staying the night at my girlfriend's. He asked "do you guys have sex" and followed it up with "well do you guys make a lot of noise, her parents must hear?" where i said clearly "that's private" which he asked for me to repeat myself which I did and he soon followed that with "have her parents mentioned anything about the noise?" where i said plainly "i don't want to talk about that" little things that could be normal with another barber feel very different all things considered. He called me handsome wayyyyyy too many times and any time he had to turn the chair he would grab my shoulders? I have never been to a barber or hair stylist that does that. I never leave reviews anywhere but seriously i'm very surprised he doesn't have more bad reviews because this was genuinely unsettling.

Did an aweful job on all manicures and pedicures! I am so embarrased to have taken my wedding party there! I called a few days later (after my wedding) to let them know how dissatisifed we all were! They didn't care!!! No appology, no mony back, nothing!! And, they hung up on me! This is the bad memory of my wedding! They certainly do not know what they are doing and even worse, they have the worst customer service skills I have have seen!!! There were no other customers in the salon. There were 2 stylists on and a girl in a cell phone. The cell phone girl was the only one that seemed to care or have a y compassion. My friend can no longer drive so she can't get out as much. She's very personable and tried to engage the stylist in conversation. All the stylist could muster was a grunt here and there. I've never EVER seen such a cold, uncaring hairdresser in my entire life! She couldn't be bothered to even engage with my friend. She tried to blow dry all of the hairs off of my friend but she left that salon a mess, just covered in hair! The stylist wouldn't even help her with her credit card to pay! My friends hands shake so she was having difficulty. That woman just stood there and watched her struggle. There's so much more to this story, but why bother. To charge a Senior Citizen $27 for a haircut and that kind of poor service is just terrible! Go to your local salons, enjoy the experience, feel welcomed and save money! What should have been a pleasant experience was definitely not! SUPERCUTS in Fredonia NY is anything BUT super. Avoid this place at all costs!
