Just give Damara a call and she will make your life SO easy with prepping for sale and quickly selling your home! We tried listing ours for sale by owner, against the better judgement of others, and quickly realized we couldn't manage it on our own with two full time jobs and two small children. In order to start the home-selling process, I reached out to a different realtor, and just didn't "jive" with her. This "testimonial" is SO overdue. We originally listed our home FSBO to avoid paying a realtor. Shortly after we put our sign in the yard, we received a phone call from Birche. It took almost a year to sell our Maryland home ( bc of horrible realtors and than covid) and purchase our home in whispering pines NC. Being a military family we owned a home in Lillington, NC but moved away years ago and rented it out.
