Highly recommend. All the food was amazing! The duck though, wow!!! You have to try the duck. Had a good menu and my baby love their food as well.

Super busy but an attentive server. The food choise chage daily and you can go wrong just pointing to anything on the menu if you don't understand French, it's all delicious and plentiful. Wine by the glass was only 4 euros. A very loud local lunch crowd, exactly what I was hoping for.

    What a great dinner!

Friendly! Affordable! And so so good! I was very impressed with the fast friendly service and the high quality of the food that was prepared exactly how I asked.

The food was very delicious. The staffs were friendly, patient, helpful. The restaurant was getting full when I got there but the staff quickly got me seated. They were really busy and were quick. The restaurant has first floor and basement. The atmosphere was pretty good with some upbeat music. I had a great experience, would recommend and would return.

Excellent experience. The food was exceptional, the au gratin potatoes were especially good. The price was surprisingly low. 4 dinners and 1 bottle of wine was only 110 Euros. Vegetarians would hate this place though. They have steak or duck- that's pretty much it. For carnivores though, it's wonderful. They were extremely busy and many people were turned away without having reservations. We arrived right when it opened at 7:00pn and they squeezed us in, so you may need to do the same if you don't have a reservation. Our waitress was very fluent in English and translated the menu perfectly for us. Overall, an excellent dining experience.

Lunch menu, which I couldn't read the writing!

Ok steaks, fairly cheap, the gratinated potatoes lacked taste. All in all an ok place to eat

The cassoulet was great and enough food for two people. Overall I would recommend this restaurant. If you want to sit outside, I suggest you make a reservation in advance.

The location is great - located in the heart…read moreof the city, the typical Toulouse pink brick building opens its doors on Place Saint Georges and features a terrace you can enjoy. I got the lobster ravioli to start, the cod as my main (which was on mashed potatoes and butter), and the strawberry pavlova (a meringue-based dessert) for dessert, and definitely left feeling full. My dad got the marinated salmon that came not as expected but still good - it is cold vs cooked, and is a plate with a thin layer of salmon covering it and is marinated with lime. He then got the duck for his main and then the chocolate cake with blood orange sorbet which I didn't try but both him and my mother said was delicious. My mother ordered a la carte and got the lobster, which, for other pescatarians, note that it comes with chicken in it, as well as some mushrooms and small noodles. She said it was excellent but was unaware of the chicken. Other than that, we got a bottle of sparkling water, lemon wedges on the side, bread (which is great when dipped in the lobster ravioli sauce as it tastes like lobster bisque), and coffee (which comes with little chocolate desserts too). Solid traditional 100% homemade cuisine--100% fresh produce and local producers are in the spotlight--and, as mentioned, the icing on the cake is the pretty terrace on a pleasant square. Apparently the star of the place is the cassoulet so I'm sure that is good! Fun fact- It is a bourgeois reference for most of the city, the cassoulet temple, a beautiful house on one of the emblematic squares of this chic Saint-Georges district. Chef: Chistophe Fasan

It's really…read moreclose to the Francois Verdier metro stop and close to a few bus linesIt's one of our favorite places we have found in Toulouse and for 30€ a person for 3 courses for dinner, it's also affordable. You can make reservations easily online but we have had luck just walking in on a weekday as the space is pretty big for a restaurant here. They usually have 3 choices for entrée, plus the entrée du moment, 3 choices for plat (plus plat du moment), and 2 choices for dessert, a cheese plate, or the dessert du moment. I've always found the portions here to be generous, the plates interesting and tasty, and the ambiance very relaxed and casual. You can get a glass of wine for 4,5€ - 6€. Entrées: - The first time I went, I accidentally got tripe soup because of my limited French comprehension (I didn't know what tripe was, and just heard soup and shrimp). So I didn't like this, but this was my fault. - My husband got a beef tartare and tuna tartare - the portions were really generous and he said it tasted good, but unfortunately he got food poisoning from eating this that night :( We decided to give them another shot and came back again, just avoiding the tartare. - Squid & Pork Confit - This most recent time, I got the sautéed squid & pork confit and it was delicious. The squid was fresh and not chewy, and the pork complimented it well, in a creamy sauce. I loved this and would get it again if they had it on the menu. - Seared Foie Gras - My husband got this one and said it was delicious - it was 2 pieces of seared foie gras with rhubarb. I didn't try it because I couldn't eat it (I'm pregnant), but he would get this again. Plats: - I've gotten fish both times here, and they have both been really good, and generous portions of fish. - The first time we came here, my husband got the Iberian pork and he loved it. I tried it and wished I had gotten it. It was huge and cooked perfectly. - Swordfish & Duck Confit - On our most recent visit, my husband got this dish and it was really good, over a parmesan polenta. I liked this a lot - it was a bit on the rich side, but it was delicious. Desserts: - We got a chocolate cake with a molten center and it was delicious; I loved this and would absolutely get it again if I saw it on the menu. - Cheesecake with Strawberries - Different than traditional American cheesecake, but delicious, not too sweet, and fresh. Good for a lighter dessert. Overall, we love this place and would absolutely recommend either for lunch or dinner. Reasonably priced, good portions and nice service. If you're looking for traditional French food that is not overly pretentious, this is great.
