I could have had whipped cream on it, but I had the need to feel healthy and that would ruin it. If you are into being fit and have a hard time finding healthy choices for drinks around here, check these guys out sometime. I don't think you'll be disappointed. If you go to Elite Fitness or Key Gym during the day, stop by here on your way home. It's refreshing after a hard workout. You can either park on the street or in the parking lot out back. The moment you walk through the doors, you're welcomed with that classic small-town diner charm. The friendly crew of young ladies greet everyone with a warm "Hi!" and clearly know their regulars by heart. This time around, I was craving liver and onions, and Lonnie's delivered. Two perfectly cooked slices, tender, flavorful, and just the right balance between not too rare and not overdone. Served with hash browns, corn, and a warm roll, it made for the perfect comfort meal. Big thanks to Lonnie's for satisfying the craving with some seriously delicious liver and onions. If you're in town and craving a hearty, home-cooked meal, do yourself a favor and stop by Lonnie's.
