Diane completely messed up my eyebrows and it took 4 months to grow it again. I just moved to the area and trusted that she will take care of me since she works for benefit since I am a loyal customer of benefit where I came from. On top of that she put eyebrow makeup to cover her mess up and I didn't discover it until I washed my face. I will NEVER trust her with my brows at all. I had to draw my eyebrows for months! If you don't want your eyebrows to look as straight as a ruler don't go to her. Lost all my confidence in her and truthfully she needs to get retrained.
