I went in and spoke with Patty, and from the very first conversation she put me completely at ease. She took the time to explain how Tender Hearts works, how flexible and responsive their system is, and reassured me that they are there for families at any given moment, depending on what your needs are. We immediately felt comfortable and supported. For a period of time, my mom was able to be on her own again, but unfortunately she later suffered a stroke. Since then, she has required around-the-clock care, which has been provided primarily by Tender Hearts. Every step of the way, they have handled everything from long-term care coordination to scheduling...making an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. At first, I'll admit they seemed a little expensive. But I can say without hesitation: you get exactly what you pay for. The caregivers they've matched with my mom have been nothing short of amazing. Irina, thank you for all the care and the great customer service skills for physical therapy, without your help and knowledge, I wouldn't be able to get back my Range of Motion on my knee as fast as I did. The day of my knee replacement surgery the surgeon mentioned that he requested a Physical Therapy at home to start as soon as possible, por my surprise I received a call the day that I was discharged from the hospital from Irina. Irina, with her great customer service skills, asked to see if I was available for assessment on the following day of my surgery. I will tell all that a knee replacement is a very painful procedure especially when it comes to physical therapy. Thankfully with the knowledge and care of Irina, the PT was very easy with minimal pain and discomfort. Thank You Irina for all the care!!!!
