I was taken by the value of Mega Limoz and booked their Tiffany black limo for a girls night on the town for 6 of us. The driver, Wadea, was very punctual and the car was clean and beautiful. This is where the good news ends. First, the customer service rep sold me on a "nice bottle of champagne" which the driver accidentally swapped for sparkling cider, "since they do a lot of proms." We were wary of the professionalism of this company ahead of that, as the driver showed up in a sweatshirt. Not exactly white glove service. I'm convinced she has never driven a limo before. From there, we discovered a number of things not working in the limo, the AUX hook-up to play our music, the driver divider, and the AC/fan system which would cause the entire power in the car to shut off if you attempted to activate. Then, we hit the road. Five minutes into the ride we were jolted when the driver swerved to avoid a pedestrian, yelling expletives out the window. We finally drew the line when she got on the highway, swerving all over the place and into the highway shoulder. We were so nervous that we directed her the 20 minutes back entirely by side roads, just so we wouldn't have to get on the highway again and risk our lives. About 40 minutes later, we were right back where we started trying to salvage our night. Took a $120 cab ride the same distance to Miami instead. I am now trying to rectify the situation and get a refund for services not rendered. Will follow-up on this review if that is not delivered upon. read more

Stay away. Do not use! Called to book a limo for my daughter's senior prom. They sent a 14 tpassenger limo knowing that we had 18 passengers. Where did he think the extra 4 would sit?? Called them the night of the event and they promised to send another limo in 45 minutes which never showed up. They attempted to blame me for their booking mistake. Their phone numbers are cell phones that constantly go to voice mail and the owners are unprofessional, low-class scam artists. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Went on a cruise with a bunch of friends from all over the country. We met in West Palm and took the super stretch to the terminal. The ride there was great. The ride back started and ended at the terminal. The lady's all got in the Limo to wait for bags to be loaded and that my friends is where a tragedy happened. While the driver was loading the bags he proceeded to go to the front for some reason and left a bag half hanging and then the bag falls onto a fire extinguisher with no pin in it I must add and it explodes in the Limo. The girls are frantic trying to find the doors to get out as the smoke is pouring out of the doors and their lungs are filling with this stuff. They come out white as casper and the driver stands there with a dumb founded look on his face. He then says he has to go clean the Limo and leaves for an hour. Now an hour later he returns with the Limo still covered in white dust and says they have no backup Limo and we will have to ride in the one filled with the dust. But we want full payment before you get in :))))))). Can you imagine? We refused and told him to get another limo as our girls are having trouble breathing as it is and he says well its this one or none. Welllll guess what? Yup he unloads our bags and leaves us stranded to find our own way home which cost us over $400 as it was over an hour away. Yesterday they sad we had to pay $750 for the Limo Damage saying we loaded the bags. This company is horrible for even leaving us stranded and then charging our CC $750 to clean it. Now they will try to spin this as a bad review that's not their fault but I run my own business and never write bad reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. read more

Horrible service. The driver spoke only limited English and got totally lost on the way to a famous Palm Beach restaurant, although we had given him the 95 exit and the exact address! He could not follow a nav. We were toasting with friends to our 30th anniversary and not carefully following the route. When we noticed it was taking too long, we saw that we were way past the correct exit. When we finally got to Palm Beach, the driver told us we were still 15 minutes away from the restaurant while, in fact, it was 2 blocks from where we were. We got out and walked. The owner was arrogant and blamed us! Giving the exit number off Rt 95 and the exact restaurant address was apparently not sufficient. Further, it is over priced. $80 more than other rates. The ride that almost ended my life! Try being shot in the face by a fire extinguisher strapped to a wall where luggage is placed, and a negligent driver who precariously packed a bag that fell on fire extinguisher which had no pin (illegal) being shot in the face and trapped inside with a friend her 86 yr old grandmother and her 65 yr old Mother. We barely made it out without collapsing, on the pavement. Thank God for the sherriffs presence and getting us aid, as the limo driver takes off for an hour leaving us sick on the sidewalk, to come back demand final payment and tell us we have to travel in this toxic death trap 90 miles, which we refused and be proceeds to drop our luggage and 12 people abandoned on the sidewalk. Not only did we get stranded 2 hours and 90 minutes from home and pay double to get a van our clothing, luggage and lungs have all suffered damage and this company says FU your paying for the damage. Apparently they haven't heard of attorneys, medical bills, and ruined luggage over their negligence or local news where this is being reported to. Do not use this company ever, if we were on the road we would have all died being trapped in this car. read more

Do NOT use this company!! It was the only vendor I didn't Yelp for my wedding and I regret that. Every part of my wedding went perfectly except for Mega Limoz... My husband and I used Mega Limoz to transport everyone who attended our wedding from place to place. We had a small wedding and everyone was able to fit inside the Cadillac limo. The problem was that my husband and all our guests were almost an hour late to our wedding. The driver was supposed to pick everyone up at the W Hotel but instead he was waiting for them at the Westin! I was already waiting at the ceremony site with my Dad. Once the limo finally arrived at the site, I saw everyone exit and saw the limo not even try to park, he just left. I saw this from inside a town car.. He was then late to pick us back up to go to dinner, and LIED and said a police officer had come and asked him to move from the parking lot. **We literally had two 90 year olds and a pregnant woman waiting out in the cold** So we asked that since he had been an hour late and then late again if we could have the service extended a couple hours for free- to which he said yes. So by the time we leave dinner and everyone gets back in the limo he says he has someone from Mega Limoz on the phone and they ARE going to charge us extra! So our entire wedding got out of the limo and were forced into taxis. Horrible company with no communication skills. read more

Breached contract. False advertising, does NOT have bathrooms on bus even though advertising and website say so. Our contract including soda, ice, cups, napkins and bathroom. NONE was on the bus we got. We were "upgraded" as a favor but not told about it and the "upgrade" took away everything that the contract stated. Was not provided driver requested. Arrived late, driver argued with boss for an hour delaying our departure. Had to make extra bathroom stops since no bathroom was on the bus and the company charged additional after overcharging credit cards in the first place. Driver was fired before we left so drove erratically and unsafely. Made illegal U turns; backed up on an interstate off ramp that he took a wrong exit at onto oncoming traffic on the interstate. Had to even stop for gas because the bus had none. Driver demanded his tip and drove to a bank or would have left us on the side of the road even though the contract said tip was paid at the end of the trip. Driver asked one of the party attendees to text his boss that he was doing a good job in efforts to keep his job and now is harassing the attendee for sexual favors. Filed police report. Filed complaint with BBB. Filing in Civil Court. Will be filing police report for harrassment by the driver. Filing complaint with State and Federal DOT. Bad customer service, bad business practices, unsafe drivers, fraudulent advertising on website. read more

Do not use this company, they ruined the Dave Matthews Concert evening for 8 people! They had the wrong phone number, wrong address, wrong date, then said my daughter did not make a reservation, then they said she booked another date, then they said they would send another Limo and it NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! Had to drive to concert, got to concert 2 hours late, ruined our evening and all the plans my daughter made for the family and friends. THEY SUCK!!!!! read more

The customer service we got from Mega Limoz is among the best I've ever seen! I booked their 10 passenger Mercedes Sprinter limo van for our group of five couples travelling from Ft Lauderdale airport to Key West to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. From my initial discussions with Nathaly to make the reservation, to talking with Luis on setting up the details, these guys made the planning process smooth and painless. And the icing on the cake was our driver, Danny Boy! He texted us the minute we got off the plane, pulled up to the curb within seconds of coming out of the airport, and had the limo stocked to the brim with all the refreshments I asked him to pick up. He was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and professional the entire trip. He even arranged with our server at the restaurant we stopped at on the way down to come out with dessert and sing Happy Birthday to my wife in his unbelievable tenor voice! 100% next time we're in need of limo service in South Florida, we will be using these guys! read more

Amending my review from two years ago.... used Mega Limoz for another cruise and the way down was perfect. The way back not so much.... a badly placed piece of luggage fell onto a fire extinguisher strapped in the luggage compartment which is open to the cabin and discharged over my 86 year old grandmothers shoulder to hit my friend and I directly in our faces. We couldn't see to get out and had to crawl our way out, covered in white spray. At least we were still in the port and hadn't been moving, if we had been full to capacity with our group of 12 that included children while on I-95 we could have died from the fumes and not being able to get out. Now Mega Limo has charged my husbands credit card after they left us stranded at the port with no way home. We had to get a van to take us from Ft Lauderdale to Palm Beach Gardens at a huge expense. Do not use this company.... they are not concerned with safety and actually charged us for a ride not taken after they had an illegal fire extinguisher in the car with no pin in it. If it had a pin, it would not have discharged. read more

Me and my girlfriends used Mega Limoz for my friends 50th Birthday. We were very disappointed with their services except for the driver Joenwho was absolutely great. On the day of arrival, they email us to inform us that we had a white limo and not the black one we reserved. Then they said they would cancel if we didn't want the white one. Of course we didn't want to cancel hours before our event so they actually held us hostage because we had no other recourse other than to take what was given. We even asked for a price adjustment because the black limo had the tvs that we wanted and the white one didn't but after arguing with Hector who by the way was so rude that we just gave up. I am very surprised they got a good rating on the Better Business Rating. That's my next letter to go out is to them. read more

We hired this company to transport our party of 16 to and from the Port of Miami for our 10'day cruise. They were on time picking us up for the first leg of our trip to the Port and on the return trip back home. The drivers of both trips were super handling all of our luggage. The vehicle was large enough to accommodate another 10 extra passengers and was spotless. I highly recommend this limo service. They went beyond our expectations for the cost and will definetely use them again. read more

We used this company for my daughters prom and it turned out great. I had read the reviews and was a little concerned but was in a pinch. They sent what I ordered and the driver Danny was awesome! This company is extremely unprofessional, horrible customer services, sneaky, and filled with liars. I spoke with Luis on May 30th who gave me a verbal quote for his "brand new limo" which was the 2016 Cadillac with gull wings. I received the initial reservation, which specially said in the description the "2016 white Cadillac with gull wings." I authorized the payment of $100 to reserve the said vehicle. A week before my event, I get another confirmation email to pay the remaining balance of $670. In the reservation, the description suddenly changed to the "standard White Cadillac." I emailed back asking to confirm the Gull Wing Cadillac, since the description changed and this is not what was agreed upon in the first reservation. No one replied to my email. I then called and spoke to Natalie WHO WAS DISGUSTINGLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She basically told me I am lying, that I never received a reservation with the Gull Wings Cadillac. She said there is no way the company would have quoted me the price of $770 for the Gull Wings Cadillac. I forwarded her the original reservation showing the Gull Wings Cadillac in the description, and she denied receiving it. In short, the company promised me a particular vehicle which was stated on the reservation. When they realized they made a mistake, instead of contacting me to correct the problem, they went behind my back and changed it on my reservation without me knowing. When I brought it to their attention, they denied ever agreeing to such Vehicle. I was told verbally by Louis and Natalie that I would receive a full refund of $770. I have already filed a dispute charge via my credit card against this company because I strongly believe I will not be receiving my money back. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! read more

Mega Limoz has gained me as a customer for life! I was referred to them by another limo company that didn't have the specific limo I wanted. It was a last minute request but Luis and his wife were extremely accommodating and got me taken care of quickly. Then on the day of the reservation I received a courtesy call from our driver Danny Boy! He was just calling to reconfirm all the information. He was very professional, dressed very formal, and he has a voice! He actually sung Happy Birthday to my son for his 16th birthday. The limo we got was INSANE! It was the Mac daddy Cadillac Escalade stretch limo! The look on my son and his friends face when the limo pulled up was unforgettable! The inside was clean and super SUPER nice! Even nicer in person than the photos! Speaking of photos, Danny took pics of the kids throughout their ride in the limo and at the party venue. Terrible! ruined my best friends bachelorette party. Driver was 20 minutes late. Got lost going down to the Hard Rock (it was like we were being pranked!) We arrived 1 1/2 hrs late for our reservations. On our ride home they came to pick us up 45 minutes late and didnt know where to drop us off. Spent the entire ride both ways giving drivers directions. Most awful Limo experience I have ever had. If I wasnt so mad it would have been funny!!!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT! They didnt apologize or offer anything to us at the end. read more
