Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Between January 7 and February 23, I made more than 15 phone calls and left multiple voicemails trying to schedule an appointment. During that time, I received only 2 return calls from the office manager, Roberta. She assured me that someone would follow up with me regarding my request for an appointment. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened. As a prospective patient seeking medical care, I expected at least a return phone call and basic communication. Instead, my calls and messages went unanswered. It was especially frustrating because I was reaching out based on a trusted recommendation and was genuinely seeking help. No matter how highly recommended a physician may be, patients cannot receive care if they are unable to communicate with the office. My experience was marked by a lack of responsiveness and follow-through, and for that reason, I cannot.

It was a waste of money and time. Again, very nice people but if you never get results and communication is ignored it is pointless.
