I switched from an RMT massage to a manicure (30 min). The girl confirmed my appointment. Day of, I went to check In and they still had me under an RMT...so they switched me to a manicure but made a deal about it. Myself and another girl were brought up to get our nails done. Which was like a nook at the top of the stairs, beside the bathroom. Not a big deal but also not very spa-esk. Nails were done (you only get a choice of like 10 colours). I asked the girl how long it takes to dry and she said 30 minutes minimum and then shut the only light on and grabbed my stuff gave it to my friend and brought us to the reception area. I find it odd that a spa doesn't allow you to relax and let your $65(with tip) manicure to actually dry?...my friend had to take my credit card out for me and pay and drape my coat around me because my nails were still freshly painted. I emailed the salon about it afterwards and they were extremely rude and very defensive. These people have no sense of business or customer service and they blame the customer for everything instead of owning up. I never asked for my money back, but I wish I did. Go to ANY other spa besides this one for at least better customer service. Maybe they'll allow your nails to dry so when you get back to your condo they don't look like mine. The girl who did do my nails was very nice so I'll give her credit. But other than that, their CS/Manager is useless. Don't waste your money or time.

The woman who did my nails was OK, but her hands were shaking so much that when she put on my French tip nails all of them were uneven. It cost $56 to get my nails done and honestly they don't even look that great will never go here again and won't recommend this to anyone else as my nails don't look as good as I would want them to for $50.

She had me sorted quickly and sent me on my way. Dr Shelley is so much more than a chiropractor. She is a teacher, educating her patients so they understand both the pain they're experiencing and the method behind her treatment. She even provides homework like a teacher, sending people away with exercises and stretches, empowering them to care for themselves. She emphasizes personal responsibility as a necessary component for long-term health and she equips her patients with the tools to succeed. She is an effective communicator, and empathetic listener and a very thorough practitioner. It is no surprise that she ranked #1 in the city of Vancouver for a few years in a row.
