This guy was a total moron, no kidding!!! I went there yesterday to get my Samsung Exhibit unlocked. It is a T-Mobile/Metro PCS phone. So he says he's going to charge me $30. Fine. And it will take 30 minutes. Fine. So I wait 30 minutes, THEN he tells me it can't be unlocked! LOL! He says it's not a GSM phone. LOL! Of course it is. I tell him that of course it IS A GSM phone and he is so dumb he gets mad and sulks. So he's DEAD WRONG and also has an attitude. Do not go here. I went there to get my screen fixed for my cell. he fixed it in about a hour. a few Weeks later I called him again and said i didn't like the tint of the replaced screen & he replaced it happily of no charge. I'm of 2 minds. On one hand they fixed my water damaged Samsung so good that I actually had a warranty replacement from another issue. On the other, a couple years(now) later I dropped off a small sport device for reapir using the same power requirements,usb charging cable etc. The counter staff said she would pass to the tech for a look. I waited 2 weeks and no one called on the status so i did. I was told they couldn't fix it. No problem I say. I pick it up and take it home. I open the bag and find they tore off the 2 tiny audio wires and separated the main signals cable from the display! Now I have an even worse issue. Very shitty thing to do and then hide it. I won't go back, glad to see good reviews for other cell repair alternatives. read more

This place is a total rip off / scam. Because of the new wireless code of conduct, wireless providers must unlock your mobile phone upon request free of charge (after a time period has passes) but these jerks still trick people in paying them for it. I used their online "unlocking" service. They took my money, but never sent the unlock code. When, after 6 days of waiting, I called to complain, the guy started yelling at me. I didn't get my money back, or the phone unlocked. This place is a total scam, don't go there. read more

It was referred to me a while ago that this place was the place for any cellphone problems . I went six months ago to unlock the phone - they were good - professional and fast, reasonable pricing. So six months later I brought along with my tablet and purchased some accesorirs (a cable and SD card) for my phone. This time there was a woman worked at the counter who had a very little knowledge of anything regarding phones, so she had to go inside to ask the tech guy for every question. I waited for over an hour to have my tablet diagnosed but they not only did not fix it but ruined the plug (which I didn't notice till I got home) and they charged me $20 plus tax. On top of that I brought an SD card for $40 plus tax - they put inside my phone for me but two days after I realized it is not even working. I called them and reported about it. The guy on the phone lectured me that it was my responsibility now for the product was out of the store. What kind of service is that?!! I understand sometimes products don't function as they suppose to - it is called manufacture defeats but stores in Canada usually take good care of their costumers if this happens. No in this store. I will never go back here again and yes I think others should know about what kind of service they will get here in this store. read more

Junk! Put in a low quality screen which scratched as soon as I got it. The screen didn't fit properly and worst of all stopped working 2 hours after I left the shop. I went back the next day and they offered absolutely no help, claiming that it's out of their hands when I leave the shop. I would give it a worst rating if I could.
