Julianna does great job. I get dip mani and upgrade pedi regularly. Mani never chips. She knows…read morewhat she is doing. Very pleasant experience. Make an appointment.

I should've taken that as a sign, but I waited. When someone finally spoke to me, it was from across the room rather than coming over to assist. I explained what services I wanted, and a technician named Toni came over. I asked a few questions about pricing so I could decide on my design, and since I wasn't sure yet, he suggested starting with a basic pedicure. I agreed. During the pedicure he recommended changing my polish color, which I appreciated. After the pedicure, he told me to sit and let my toes dry. About five minutes later, he came over and asked if I was ready to pay. I told him no--I was staying to get my nails done, which is what we had discussed from the beginning. He then told me he couldn't do my nails because he had an appointment. I asked if someone else could do them, and he said no, everyone had appointments. I explained that they knew their schedule before agreeing to serve me, and he responded that the pedicure "took too long." I even offered to wait, but he said again that they could not do my nails. At that point, I paid, tipped, and left because I was essentially turned away mid‑service. I have never experienced anything like this at a nail salon. At one point he said to me there's other salons that are cheaper, when I was asking about pricing. Why would he say that? I was the only person of color in the shop, and while I'm not claiming the salon employees are racist, I can say that the way I was treated made me feel that race played a part in how casually I was dismissed. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable.

I feel bad writing this review, considering they have such good reviews so I was expecting to be…read moreblown away but was the complete opposite! This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a salon, waited 45 mins when I was on time for my appointment. I will show a picture of what I asked for and what I got, nothing close- the highlights were chunky, my roots weren't blended and my hair was 2 different blondes! When I messaged the girl that did it about a refund and that I was not satisfied she told me she couldn't give me one but that she could fix my roots- I didn't want her to try to fix her mistake and mess it up more (after I texted her a pic of her work she saw her mistakes but didn't notice them before I had left the salon ) so after crying about the situation for 4 hours I went and bought everything to do my hair at home myself. I was also charged a completely different price than what I was told it would be so basically $200 down the drain What I wanted versus what I got below...

Worst hair appointment I've had in the last 5 years. I called in advance & made an appointment for…read moremy wedding day, which I had mentioned on the phone. I just wanted a blowout. Initially they told me to come in at 1pm, but after I said it was for my wedding day, I was told to come in at 12:30 so they could "give me extra time". I walked in at 12:35 and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. They took so long, I left and came back and they still weren't ready. I should have known when I walked in and was the youngest client in there by 50 years, that this would not be the place for me. It was strange the woman doing my hair had me facing my back to the mirror the entire time and I had to ask to be turned around to see what was going on. Never had that happen at a hair appointment. She hit me in the head with the hair dryer at least twice. She was also very eager to use a curling iron on me, which was not only cheap but OLD AND WORN OUT to the point where it was ripping my hairs out. Seriously it's time to retire that thing. I didn't want curls, which I was EXTREMELY clear about. After it ripped my hair out (only a few strands but still wtf) I asked her to stop because it hurt and she said "I have to do this for volume" which was when I asked to be turned around to see exactly she was doing and noticed the abomination of a blowout this woman had given me. I don't think my hair has ever looked worse. I brought my own products with me because I know what works well with my hair type; but I was so angry by the whole experience I forgot it there. They did not bother to try and return my 30$ bottle of hairspray, which after the experience there you would think they could give the tiniest ounce of a shit, but some people just really do not care about others. I thought anybody could do a blowout, but apparently some can't. If you value your hair or your time, do not go here.
