She does not return calls or respond to emails. Additionally, she does not know what she is doing and does not take ANY accountability for her mistakes. She inaccurately files credits as if it's her first day on the job, and does not provide ANY assistance when the IRS comes asking questions regarding why these actions were taken. As a tax preparer, one should know the laws regarding how many times certain credits can be filed. I first contacted her back in November of 2025 and have STILL yet to hear from this woman in the middle of March. When I contacted Greg Brenner himself, the owner, he ignored my email for over a month until I emailed again and mentioned I'd be writing this review and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. But wait, it gets better! Even after he practically begged me not to do so and "ensured" he would "take care of it", it is yet to be resolved. Office management is also absolutely useless! After paying over $500 for tax preparation, with the promise of "we'll have your back should the IRS ever need additional information or should they audit you" you expect them to do just that...however, it is simply not the case! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GARBAGE COMPANY!! There are tax preparers that will literally come to your home, charge you less, and get you back more!!! Would have given NO STARS if there was an option.

And no one responds to Chats. 2. An appointment was set, I joined on time and wanted 20 minutes. No one joined or reached out to me. Called the preparer and he didn't even know or forgot about our appoint. Give me 30 minutes and I'll call you back, he says. In the meantime, I found another preparer. However after 45 minutes, I call him. He says, you have so many documents, I'm downloading them now. I told him that he can stop because I won't need his services. To my surprise and horror, he sounded relieved. The interaction was astoundingly unprofessional. 3. The fired preparer told me he would delete my files. To this day, more than a week later, the files haven't been removed. I had to call to ask for removal. 4. The website boasts being a family owned business , older than Methuselah, but it was clear to me that preparers are outsourced and I'm unsure of their connection to the main company or how they're vetted. Horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
