It's small, but functional. We are at 80% a half hour later. The kW intake dropped to 30% from 50% after 80% charge. Shawn said we will be at around 100% after another 15 minutes or so. Took about $11.32 to charge it at the fast charger and an hour to get to 45% charge and an hour charge.

Last week my wouldn't start and I called my auto emergency for help. Sam came and tried to start my car with no luck. I decided to have it towed to West Side Service and as Sam was trying to load it some rust fell off the underside. I told him to tow it over to WSS and let Mary take a look. Within 20 minutes I got a call from Mary saying the undercarriage was so rusted that they'd never get it on the hoist. In the meantime, Sam said he'd take it to his place and Mary told him No! She knew I had personal items that I'd want to get out of the car and Sam told her I could come get them at his business which was stupid because he's on 32nd Street. She immediately called me while he was standing there and told me what he wanted to do. I told her no way and she told him no, again, while she was on the phone with me. She said she didn't trust him and he was up to something. That was good enough for me and I told her to do whatever she thought best. He did leave without my car and when she called me back she said if I could get her my title she'd call a couple of scrap places and get it sold. My son got all my stuff out and left my title. She called later to tell me she not only sold it but got one place to up the price by $25.00. This is why I love and trust this place. They always do the right thing by their customers. I had no reservations about letting Mary handling selling my car because she and her employees are so honest. This review will focus on an order of a oven/microwave combo and their customer service. When our wall oven/microwave stopped working, we began shopping for a replacement that preferably could drop right in the existing opening without any cabinet modifications. We shopped all over Grand Rapids as well and we were surprised to find Costco had the exact model we were looking for at a dramatically lower price. In addition, delivery and installation was included. I was a little nervous ordering this way but went ahead. I placed the order and in less than a week, the oven was delivered followed by the installation a day later. Unfortunately the oven was defective so I had the option of a refund, replacement or a repair. Repairing was definitely not an option for us especially on a brand new oven and I didn't want to begin shopping all over so we opted for a replacement. Amazingly the team at Costco worked some kind of magic because the new oven was delivered and installed five days later. Costco communicated with me many times updating me during the process (shipped from manufacturer, arrived at Costco warehouse, earliest possible delivery, earliest possible installation, etc.) Really, their communications were extraordinary and over the top from what I expected from such a large organization. The installers who are independent contractors who don't work directly for Costco were also amazed as they do installations for other stores. They said a replacement usually takes much longer. I've long been a huge Costco fan. This experience made me an even bigger one.
