Something about his friendly, patient manner even inspired me to go a little wild -- we hacked about 8 inches off my crazy mane! I was fairly clear about my wishes (keep it long enough to put up, lose some bulk, bring some movement/layers in) but was still shocked by how much he transformed my hair. I can't stop raving about it! Also, while my professional blowout was admittedly divine for 2 days after the cut, my usual lazy regimen (wash, let air dry) still accomplished the style he created for me. I consider that to be no small feat, and a sign (along with graceful growing-out) of a skilled stylist. I love my hair so much (he expertly enhanced its volume, shed weight, and renewed my shaggy layers) I actually can't wait to go back. ...did I mention what a sweetheart he is? GO SEE PANO!

Then there was some arguing between several of the stylists to the point that I was afraid to let my stylist cut my hair because she seemed super pissed off. But she pulled her act together and was professional. I wasn't offered a wash or blowdry and was charged the full amount. No big deal since it was only 12 Euro but I am not sure if I will go back. I was a bit desperate to get a trim since I am going on vacation in 2-days. Not much to no English was spoken by the staff and the person who took my appointment over the phone said that they would translate between myself and the stylist either was not around or was one of the stylists who was arguing with my stylist... Even though my stylist didn't speak any English we were able figure out how to cut my hair, pretty easy, it is straight and long, just trim like this (insert hand motion here). This place was recommended by a friend and she said that she goes to see Helen who speaks English well and does a good job on her hair. Next time I will try and book Helen if I decide to go back.
