I also really like the Baghala Polo ba machiche (which is essentially dill rice with butter beans and lamb shank in broth). It is really good comfort food. The Ghormeh Sabzi (Herb lamb stew with kidney beans) is, according to my mother, tastes tinned but its still tasty. The Fesenjan (chicken cooked with walnuts and pomegranate sauce) is also a good option. I like to also order a side order of cucumber / garlic yoghurt.
