We still have a ways to go but I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm a father in another state with a daughter in Ypsi. I can only speak on my experience but if you have been getting shafted by foc recommendations and you know you deserve more. Start putting some cash aside and hire Ms. Novar. I needed a couple of weeks to work out the money situation, and when I came back to sign up with her, she never responded to my attempts to make contact. I later called and a secretary told me this is common practice for Ms. Sendlebach -- she will charge you for a consultation and then ghost you if she decides she doesn't want to take the case. Honestly, I feel scammed out of $650. She could have just said she wasn't taking new clients and I would have gone elsewhere. Or if she said during our conversation that my case seemed too complicated for the time she has open, I would not have continued sitting there talking to her about my case. This is a very stressful time in my life, and I would not recommend using Ms. Sendlebach until she changes her policies.
