Making an appointment with his reception is a major effort! The reception will call your emergency contact for the slightest reason at any time. They rang my dear old mum at 8am to change my time as my phone was out of range for 10 mins going to my appointment. Don't bother calling as if his dental nurse pulls a sicky then he pulls his receptionist in and to hell with your call! You'd think at 300 a half hour which seems to be his minimum rate he would call an agency and shell out 300(half an hours work) to get a receptionist for a day. All this guy is interested in is how quickly he can become a multi-millionaire. GIVE THIS GUY A BIG MISS OR YOU WILL BE BROKE AND SORRY!

Rob was really great explaining what Invisalign was and all its benefits - he was honest and answered all my questions directly and never made me feel pressured into committing to anything. I had been suffering with a broken tooth for a month and it had gotten to the point where something had to be done. I did some research and discovered that Dr. Olstein offeres sleep dentistry. I liked the sound of it, but after enquiring into the cost realised that it may not suite my budget. I decided to go see Dr Olstein and see what he was like. My experience at his clinic was wonderful. Right from the moment we walked in the door. The dental assistant was so lovely. She was so reassuring, gentle and professional. Dr Olstein himself was such a sweet man. He spoke to me about the possibility of keeping my busted up tooth with a root canal, but i wanted it gone. There was NO NEEDLE, he used some kind of magic called a wand. The Wand is essentially a computer-controlled dental injection. The flow rate of the local anaesthetic is controlled by a computer. This means that the injection is guaranteed to be slow and steady and therefore comfortable. I honestly didn't feel a thing. Dr Olstein was so lovely. I will be going back to him for all my dental requirements. I have even recommended him and his practice to people.

I had had braces as a teenager but after not wearing my plate, my bottom teeth had crowded up again and I wasn't happy with how 'flat' my top teeth looked so in my late twenties I decided to have braces again and I'm glad I did. I saw Peter in Frankston as well as in his city rooms as I worked close by. I had braces on for 20 months and it was relatively pain free. The staff there were always friendly and helpful and the fee was tailored to fit within my budget. I recommended him to three of my friends and they were all thrilled with the great results.
