In our case, the seller asked us to close in 28 days in December! I was very hesitant at first, since there are already very few working days in December and also this was going to be my second home. However, Proajoel was able to get me in touch with few lenders who assured me that it could be done. He would constantly check in with us, once we were in contract. He would also check in with sellers agent, the escrow company and the lender to make sure everything was in order. I really felt assured during the entire time, since Prajoel was our agent, and he seems to be able to handle anything that might come up during the home buying process.

Since this was a new home, and leg work was non existent. He agreed to split the commission in half and give that as the closing credit. So I was calculating to get 5k as the credit from him. When the closing day came, he played this trick with me, saying he has to pay 30% to this broker (he owns the broker company as well), and split the rest 70%. Thus I only got $3500 instead of $5000. So he basically sold his soul for $1500. I absolutely do not recommend him to anyone.
