I sat in front of Becca at the center station while she was helping another customer, thinking that she would be able to tend to my simple request after she was done. She was with this customer for 20 mins (on what I assume was a checking out and payment process), while the store manager was in a "heated" discussion with another customer about some misplaced order. In the meantime, another store employee (glasses and long black hair) decided to help another customer behind me -- this store employee must assume I enjoy loitering around a Target Optical for the fun of it.
