My experience with Abood Law was disappointing overall. The first time I called, Jeff Abood…read moreanswered and was straight-up rude--definitely not what you expect when considering paying $5,000+. After payment, his tone changed, which just proves the saying "money talks." My actual attorney, Michael Anderson, was much better. He was polite, patient, communicative, and tried to understand my situation. I appreciated his professionalism. That said, the PPO case against me was dismissed--but only because I hadn't contacted the petitioner in 1.5 years. It was clear from the start that this case was going nowhere, yet I still wasted my money and time. The judge didn't even give my lawyer the chance to properly defend me against the false allegations. Compared to other firms I've worked with, like Julian J. Poota PLLC and Rabaa & Nachawati PLLC, my overall experience here was far less professional and reassuring. Attorney Anderson deserves credit, but my overall impression of Abood Law was not the best.

Hands-down, the worst experience I have went through. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant (I'm already…read morestressed) and was awakened by a call from Jeff Abood whom was not helpful and was extremely rude. This man within a five minute conversation, made it somewhat clear to me there was nothing that his company could do and that he didn't care to know the details of my situation. When I heard that and responded thank you for everything. (He was very unprofessional) In which then I received attitude and was immediately hung up on. I then called back to speak to a supervisor and Mr. Jeff took it upon himself to raise his voice at me and inform me that I have to listen to him and he would then let a supervisor know that I wanted to have a discussion. This gentleman puts people who are in highly stressful situations in worse headspace and does not deserve a position at this law firm unless that is the quality of support they represent for themselves as the complete law firm.

They removed this review so hear it again…read more For the price I paid I feel like communications could have been better between myself and the staff. Given I was an hour away so everything was over email and phone. When I would ask questions over email I rarely got answers, but when they asked me questions I was quick to reply. That happened on multiple occasions. I won't say they didn't do a good job fighting my case I'm happy with what I got. I'm not happy with the way my questions and concerns were ignored. I'm also not happy with the final bills. I new I was going to be paying a lot, but I feel like they robbed me of $324. I was sent a bill on August 8th that was due on July 31 for 0$ . The next bill I got was sent on oct 8th for 324$ but the grand total was $2099 . So I called him to set up a payment plan and he notified me on how after 30 days there's a 15% interest rate if you don't make a payment. That's where the $324 came from. And he said my original bill was 1775$ but I never got an email for that until oct 18th saying that $1775 was due on August 31st. So They waited till after the 30 days to give me my bill of $1775. Not happy with that at all! Ive attached screen shots to prove when the invoices were sent. If your considering hiring white law I would be careful, and make sure to ask to stay updated on your bills. If I had more time and money to hire someone else I would have. I understand lawyers are not cheap. I also understand when I've been jipped out of my money, and that is not okay. I would not recommend.
