This is a flood claim, in which temporary housing was involved, and everything from phone calls. Incompetent adjustors, lack of follow up and ultimately delays in payment were involved. We were specifically told by Warren yesterday 7/14/20 that payment would be overnighted today and received by Thursday 7/16/20. We followed up today to get the tracking number he told us he would have only to be told the payment was mailed out today and scheduled to be delivered Monday 7/20/20 by 8pm. Of course the contractor is calling, texting and emailing for payment for completed work (rightfully so). 4 months, numerous broken promises and more than a handful of "I'm sorries"! If you are OK with paying premiums and NEVER have to make a claim, Runnels Insurance is the company for you.
