These people are a joke have given me nothing but the run around since I cancelled my policy September 9 just 11 days after they automatically withdrawn $354.72 from my account. I've talked to State Farm Jenn Rossmiller, State Farm Agent and customer service numerous times about my prorated refund which I was told back in September that It would be issued sent out soon and that was a big ass lie. Mind you I've recorded calls with them. I spoke to Brandy from my agents office Jenn Rossmiller, State Farm agent 10-26-23 at 3:02 pm for 24 minutes getting the run around and finally was told that someone in management from they're office would for sure call by the end of the business day liar liar lairs still haven't from them. Now I spoke to customer service today to be told that my agents office dropped the ball and reopened my account some how and that why they keep giving me the run around and again this call was recorded on my end as well as there's . Bunch of lying crooks!! BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLES!!! read more

I am leaving this review because I was treated in a horrible way. I called this office asking about auto insurance quotes. I was convinced that if I drop my current homeowners policy and went with state farm I would be with a better company and have better auto rates so I said let's do it. I was told by the agent Dana that everything was good and I can cancel my old policy. Then a week later state farm sent me a letter saying they don't want me and I'm canceled. Now this office just wants to tell me sorry your out of luck. You should be out there finding name insurance since it was your agents mistake being negligent and not waiting not hear back from underwriting. read more

Jenn & her amazing team are some of the most kind, honest & friendly people I've ever met. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to go over every detail and every different option so you can find a policy right for you. Jenn is more than just a insurance agent, she cares for everyone and likes to get to know you on a personal level. Jaimie is awesome! She can handle & solve any obstacle thrown at her. When he passed we went in to see her and I was amazed on how she explained everything to me. I was never interested in stocks, IRA's, annuities but the way she explained it made it so much easier to decide where I wanted to put my money. Funny thing is my (back then) 13 year old also got interested in putting her savings aside. I live in Tampa so it's a little ride out to her office but she has (on many occasions) met us up there on Saturdays. And she does it all with a small - so sweet. My daughter and son now have several different accounts with this office because of her. Every email or call I have sent has ALWAYS been replied to in a timely fashion. I would have given a five star except for a bit of confusion concerning our appointment. That being said, we wound up meeting with Martha Embry and she did a wonderful job. With rates in Florida going through the roof, we were pleasantly surprised that State Farm was competitively priced and in some cases less than we were paying for some other coverages.
