Real shady business here…read more I called two different numbers, was on hold for over an hour, and spoke with ABSOLUTELY NO ONE! I first called what looked like the Brandon location. The websites look similar with the @ symbol in the names. The first time I called I was on hold for about 10-15 minutes. I then decided to use their call back feature and left my number. It says they will call you in the order the calls are received. I was caller 4 and I never received a call back. I called again and left my phone on hold while I was working. From the screenshot you can see I was on hold for over 40 minutes. I NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE! I then called the Seffner location where this Donna Stevens works. I was on hold again for over 15 minutes. The "receptionist" answered twice, but when I said I wanted to verify someone's insurance, I was told I would be placed on hold. Not sure how to digest this. They are either extremely poorly run, or they are pretending to be an insurance company so businesses who don't want to buy insurance can use them to pretend they have insurance. That way when you call, you can never verify the business' insurance and go and hire them anyway. Regardless, I was never able to verify the business' insurance so I am not hiring them. This company basically lost their client some business.
