I told my stylist that I wanted my hair length to be as it was and she proceeded to cut it very short. I told her I wanted a style that would lift my face as I am 77 years old. The cut she did was terrible and pulls my face down. I will not be going back there again. When you tell your stylist exactly what you would like and then they do something completely different, is very very disturbing. Oh, and she kept saying not to worry your hair will grow back.
