I wish I could leave zero stars. I made an appt 6 weeks ago. I specifically asked for the first appt of the day because I didn't want to wait. When I arrived early, I was told he was finishing up somebody's lashes and it would be "a few minutes". After almost half an hour, I asked the same lady (not who was supposed to be my stylist) how much longer. She said he was just finishing. I said, "I made this appt 6 weeks ago and I've been waiting almost 30 minutes.". Jay (the owner and person who I was scheduled to see) went off on me. He called me a bitch and drop a few f-bombs and accused me of disrespecting him. I explained that him making me wait for 30 minutes was disrespecting my time. He screamed louder, saying that was how that industry worked. I'm 59 and have never waited 30 minutes for a scheduled salon service of any kind. read more

I have been going to this salon for over a year now , EVERYONE is super friendly and the atmosphere is incredible, I request Jay each time and he goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy when I leave .
