I've tried talking to this tenant, being a neighbor all to no avail! The tenant knows they can get away with excessive noise...tenants in the next building complain about their neighbors and we are told...it's between tenants!!!! I've called the cops three times, banged a broom numerous times! To no avail ...10:30 pm at night work and/or school night...bang bang, thump thump and sometimes caboom!!!! I can't even take a nap on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon because there is never any quiet time from these people.... I bet if they are fined it will stop!!!! 5 years this has been going onI hate it here and should be compensated either through my HOA or moving expenses...no one gives a crap here, no one!!! I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it.
