walked in looking for a black pair of bootcut jeans, left with a pair of black wide leg jeans. the…read moreservice is okay, the workers are very pushy when it comes to shopping. they ask "oh what are you looking for" and then they find like items similar to them. they give you a fitting room and then they push more clothing onto you, fitting rooms have a small mirror so it basically forces you to go out and look at the mirrors outside of the fitting room. i needed the jeans for an event which got canceled, i went to return them and i was only given back $98 back in store credit! i needed that 98 dollars back in gas and turns out i just left with some stupid store credit. thanks for the store credit, but the clothing is so expensive.

I tried to buy my friend a gift for her 18th birthday, I go in this store for the first time and I…read morebuy a pair of pants that I thought might be cute, however I knew if they did not fit her I would return them as the pants would not fit me and they were $70 that was supposed to go toward her. I informed the workers who I was looking for and that it was a gift, not once did anybody bring up a "return policy" however I ended up seeing it on the receipt the day I went to return them 6 days later(which is within the 14 day return policy.) I walk in the store and talk to the man at the counter and explain that the pants don't fit and I would like a refund. I had my receipt, tags on the pants, and aside from when I finally gifted the pants to her and she tried them on, they have only been in a clean bag that I had also bought that day. The man seemed as if he would give me a refund as well but then says they smell of cigarettes, which they absolutely do not, but even if so I explained that if we can't wash them them that is not our fault whatsoever. But like I said we do not smoke and the pants have been in a smoke free car ever since we found out they didn't fit. The man sends me out the store and leaves me confused because whatever he is smelling neither I nor my friend can smell, because they are brand new and again we do not smoke, nor should someone be expected to alter how the environment they are in smells to accommodate a pair of pants that we aren't even sure will fit. I called the store multiple times with being sent to voicemail Everytime, and eventually resulted to e-mailing the business, I approach the situation as detailed and respectful as I can and it has been several days with no reply. Makes me think they are purposefully avoiding my email so they can tell me it is past the 14 day return policy. It makes me feel like they are just finding any ways to keep money even if it means bad business, it shows greed, unprofessionalism, lack of communication, lack of accountability, and it did not do anything but take my money and leave me with pants that will not fit anybody. I wouldnt even be making this review if they would have answered my email trying to find a middle ground or some form of understanding, even if they respectfully declined my request to return and explained exactly why would be better than being completely ignored. I've debated going back into the store, however the only reason I would even go back at this point is to say this which I have said to you guys about 3 times now all in different forms of communication. You cannot say I have not tried or have not been respectful about this situation and you choose to "reply" with silence. I would not bring my business back here ever, which is sad to say because I really do like the female employees there, all very accommodating and welcoming, the man at the front and whoever is in charge of answering emails is who I am directing this message to as those are the only 2 factors of this store that have absolutely repelled me to spend money at the establishment again. I have been more than understanding, more than patient, giving u multiple days in between reaching out to get back to me, but it is very clear how this business operates based off how I have been treated. I'm not sure if it is because of how I look, maybe the color of my skin, or if you treat all your customers with disregard because based on the reviews many people like this store, hence why I shopped there in the first place, but I have received nothing but bad service since going in to make my return

I knew that I was overpaying, but I needed something to wear for a couple parties and shopping is limited in Chico. Both dresses ripped on the first wear. The stitching tension on Angie dresses is too tight. It snaps and breaks even if you're just trying to get in and out of cars. I'll try to fix mine but the quality is so bad that I'm sure I'll only get a couple more wears out of it. The huge markup is what turns me off from shopping here.

I wouldn't pay the prices they are asking, but I would if they put more care into the clothes they're selling and cleaning up the place generally. I think they could make the store easier to navigate and worth the prices by reducing overall inventory by 15%, and removing the stained and damaged and not-vintage clothes from the regular section, and having a distinct clearance section for those items.

After having amazing suishi at the Rawbar we walked over to this shop which is just a few steps away from the restaurant. They have so many toys! Stuffed animals! Puzzles! Jewelry!
