I first reached out to Jaime at the end of last year about making shirts for WEB at the school I teach at. I was touch and go with communication as I was often waiting for confirmation from coworkers, but Jaime was not. He was always quick to reply and check in with me. Jaime designed shirts that looked amazing and felt soft. I'm a t-shirt person, but can't stand when custom made shirts are stiff and uncomfortable. Our staff and students loved the shirts and said they were the best design we've had yet, AND they were super soft and comfortable! Months later I contacted Jaime again about ordering shirts and sweatshirts for the high school basketball team. As my boyfriend is the coach, I again was the middle man regarding communication, and Jaime was patient and helpful as always. Jaime designed both the shirts and sweatshirts himself and was quick to reply making sure the designs were to the boys' satisfaction.
