Do not use this title company. They will create a mess for you and your family. If you are a buyer, Melrose will not be looking out for the best interest your purchase. Most likely, they will take sides with the sellers. Their customer service is very very poor and they are not accessible for answering any questions or when you have any needs to address. After our closing, the title processor still gave the keys back to the sellers intead of our realtor. They are a lot of trouble. Take our advice. They are not helpful at all. Mel Rose Title is the worst title company ever. I had the worst customer service experience ever. They do not follow their mission statement, I will advice anyone and everyone of my experience. They messed up our county taxes, and would not work with us, We gave her the county clerk's name and phone number, to give them a call. Mel Rose Title said NO, and hung up. Now, our county taxes are paid twice and have to wait 6 weeks for a refund. read more
