I visited this establishment over 3 weeks ago and was denied the sale of my firearm. Perfectly fine. I had a shipping label emailed to them the SAME DAY to have said firearm returned. I've called numerous times to check on its status because the seller still hasn't received the returned firearm, just to receive the response "a firearm shipped out, i don't know if it was yours" without being asked my name or anything. I emailed 6 days ago to check the status again, I was told it was just packaged and awaiting pickup... 3 weeks later. I immediately asked to be updated when it's picked up by UPS, tracking info, etc. Still to this second haven't received a response. I spent $800 on a firearm that I was not only denied access to but then held for 3 weeks with no explanation, communication, apology?? The overall handling of this situation was unprofessional and frustrating. It STILL hasn't been resolved and has been ongoing since June 18th. I cannot be refunded until the seller receives the firearm back. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

Not only was he super expensive but he lied to me. I had an extender put on my 1 karat diamond pendant that I've had for more than 40 years. The original box chain has never broken, I just wanted it to hang longer with a new piece of jewelry I'm wearing. I also needed a new lobster clasp on an anklet. The extender alone cost more than 125.00. When picking up my jewelry I asked if his work, et. was warranty and he replied it was. I didn't wear my jewelry out of the store I didn't put my necklace on until going to my uncle's celebration of life ceremony. I walked out of the shower and it fell to the floor. I looked at it and saw the spring clasp was missing. I took it back to the store the owner said yes the spring clasp is gone and proceeded to quote me 75.00 for repair. I was shocked and reminded him that he told me his work was under warrant. He chuckled and told me his work was under warranty as long as it's in his store and the minute I leave with it, it's no longer under warranty since he's not responsible for the merchandise in my possession. I told him that didn't make sense and 99.9% of jewelry, merchandise, stuff have some type of warranty and based on what he saying now, he intentionally misled and lied to me. He chuckled and said so hear this, if I let you drive my car and you have an accident do you expect my insurance company to pay to fix it and I said of course, your insurance would pay and if you had a deductible my insurance or myself would pay. He said that's not how I do my business and I'm not going to argue with you. I said, who's arguing I thought we were having a conversation. He said, ok I'll give that but that not how I operate and I told him he was upset because his analogy proved him wrong. He said no I don't work that way and laughed. Since I was th only customer in the store I let him know that he was shady and I should stopped when I saw his cases of knock off LV/Chanel purses and sunglasses with $300/$500 dollar price tags and people like him give bad vibes to customers trying to support people who look like themselves. I told him that he is a disgrace to honest entrepreneurs that should be trusted, because I'll think twice about giving my business to others that look like me in this area being a new resident because of his janky action.

I visited the store with my son to see if I could sell a ring and a gold necklace. The gentleman, (who seemed like the owner), was so knowledgeable and courteous. He talked with my son and I like we had known him for years. He explained the reasoning behind the offer he gave me, specifically why gold prices have increased and the ins and outs on resale value for gemstones and other items. Lastly, he gave us, what I thought, was an exceptional value for my jewelry and so fast!
