It was appealing because there was a promotion at the time, so the price was pretty good, and it is incredibly close to my house. Integrity is located in the basement of Jan (the massage therapist)'s house near the Belvedere LRT station. Jan is AMAZING at what she does. I cannot stress how good she is! I have gone to numerous massage therapists over the years, and there are only a handful that can get rid of this chronic pain I have in my lower back. Not only is Jan one of them, she also detected the exact spot of my discomfort without me telling her. She has recently gotten into cupping as well, which she will do at no extra charge. Only pitfall to Integrity is that it's cash only.

She does a variety of methods which include cupping and hot stone as well as "thumper" to help you get rid of those nagging aches and pains. She is always cognizant of how you respond to pressure and/or techniques and customizes your treatment to you. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a competent and knowledgeable massage therapist.

Roughly 7 massages and four therapists later, it is clear that touch of Thai hires the best of the best. Therapist take Pride in their education and disciplinary's, each RMT walked through muscle and tissue anatomy with ease. Don't feel like talking !! That's ok too, last visit I took my earbuds and listen to a podcast. haha !! I do not believe you could go wrong with any of the RMT. I have booked treatments w/ the following exceptional RMT.
