When you are traveling by boat between these two points it's a great stop for Gas, Food, and Gray Water drop. Also A really nice restaurant is just up from the boat landing. The staff here is always courteous and super friendly and if they are there when you pull up they are always lending a hand to get you tied down. They do have some various working hours during the week so you may want to check that before you pull under the bridge to get into the marina. Also during the Holidays they will post special hours. The also post a phone number on the door to a call if you need help. Once you enter under the bridge it's only a few minutes of non wake zone to get there. This location can handle boats of various sizes from Large to small. The marina itself is also pretty big. I have taken both Boats and Jetskis here and they get you filled up fast and back on the water.

However, no where do they tell you that it's a 30 ft double deck pontoon with a 115hp motor and ONLY a 20 gallon gas tank. So from the time you set out on your adventures you get less than 2 hours of actual cruising time at full throttle. Yeah, they dont tell you that. We paid a crap ton for a whole day (9am-6pm) out on the water and spent from 3:30-4:45 anchored waiting for them to get to us. When you inevitably run out of gas they charge $150 to bring you the gas and literally only enough to get you back to the marina. 20 gallon tank and they brought less than 10 gallons but called it 14. The owner of this company is a thief (that was actually said BY AN EMPLOYEE while we were docking)! Highly recommend NOT letting them RIP you off!

Full service bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating for large groups. Live music on the weekends in season. Great spot to sit on the dock after a full day on the water, have dinner and drinks and listen to live music. We rented a double decker party pontoon from Twin Cove which was perfect for our group of 12 people. One of the owners, Brad Bardo, and staff made sure we had everything we needed and couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend you look into renting your condo/boat from Twin Cove if you are planning a trip to Norris.

The water hose for the slide was broken, which was especially disappointing for the kids since the slide is the main reason we choose this particular type of pontoon. On top of that, the front of the boat was taking on water throughout our trip. When we returned the boat, we mentioned both issues to the guy at the desk. Unfortunately, he simply said he was sorry and brushed us off. We expected a little more concern or acknowledgment, especially given the issues we experienced. We've rented from Twin Cove in the past, but after this experience, we won't be going back. There are plenty of other marinas on Norris Lake to try, and we'll be taking our business elsewhere next summer.

Website on Facebook says beautiful lake views, but all you see is docks and buildings from 95% of the sites, however they will charge you premium prices for the ugly views. They also say full hookups for electric water and sewer, but half the sites don't have sewer hookups. Owner offers to pump out the sewer maunally, but only when its convenient for him, not when you need it. Owners read the electric meters but do not offer a bill for your usage, and can't remember the reads when asked for verification. These owners don't xare about the enjoyment of the renters only the money put into their pockets. There are much better camping places on Watts Bar lake that offer lower prices and a real family experience.
