I thought it might offer a bit of relief at least, and couldn't hurt at worst. And in all honesty I am surprised at how good, relieving and relaxing it felt at the time and how much better I've felt ever since. It's the sort of relief I thought couldn't be felt unless I was paying over $100 and taking one hour out of my already over scheduled life. The Zen like setting of the small centre creates a surreal sort of ambiance and even with the outside noise and clients seated next to me, the skill and magic of hands of my therapist drew goose bumps.
