The only slight thing i dont like about them is that you have to sometimes leave all your bags at the front desk, i can see why but it can be a bit of a faff as sometimes the desk is unmanned for long periods of time. I use this shop for a lot of items, from potty to toys and only come across one faulty item which was soon swapped when i took it back into store.

The staff are all really helpful and friendly and they constantly have fantastic offers on. the best for toy deals and the best for well priced baby equipment in my opinion.
