You need to make another appointment and WAIT MORE. They had my phone number wrong in their system so it took 3 months to solve that issue. When I call back the phone attendant does not know anything and sends us to voice mails. If they cannot serve the other parent within the year, they may drop our case. So their negligence will not only cause me to loose my children, but also the considerable payment I made. I wish they offered better customer service, better updates on the case and actual results as their process has been incredibly slow and ineffective. In each of these cases, individuals were assured they would receive help with their immigration status and paid thousands of dollars in legal fees. Unfortunately, despite repeated payments, there was no meaningful progress, little transparency, and no clear proof that necessary filings were properly completed. When clients questioned the lack of results, they were repeatedly told they needed to continue paying more money. Several individuals reported feeling pressured and intimidated, which was especially distressing given how vulnerable many immigrants already feel when seeking legal help. Based on what I personally witnessed across multiple cases, this appears to be a troubling pattern. Immigration cases affect families, livelihoods, and futures, and people deserve honest communication and accountability. I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to seek a second opinion, demand written proof of all filings, and proceed with extreme caution.
