When my debit card was used for fraud? They easily cancelled that card and issued me a new one. When my bank account was going to be stolen through some crafty fraudster? They cancelled my account immediately and helped me set up a brand new one. This credit union has great staff: tellers, loan officers, even the president has helped me structure my recent auto loan. I got my first mortgage here, had two auto loans re-financed, had some personal loans to consolidate debt, and every time I've received rates comparable or better than other banks/credit unions in town. They are clearly not one of the "big guys" when it comes to banking or credit unions but I trust them all the way.

I spent months dealing with Cam directly, sometimes not hearing back after a month of sending multiple emails, and he eventually had someone else start responding to my emails. I guess because he was tired of doing his job? I made a little progress with this new person, only to stop hearing back from her as well. The only reason I didn't abandon this pointless endeavor is because I paid $660, which was a complete ripoff considering I only got 2 years filed over the course of a year. An incomplete job and a waste of a lot of time.

Would've lost thousands in deductions due to this pathetic handling of a new client. Issue #2: Didn't complete any of the work in a timely fashion--it took more than 3 weeks for completion of the taxes, barely before the deadline. Issue #3: He lost the return documents in the mail.
