They have been prompt in getting quotes to me, and their quotes have blown anything else I could have gotten on my own. I got a quote to bundle my home with my auto from my old insurance company, but CVI's quote was half the price. WITH better coverage. And it wasn't with some sketchy company, either. We had to put in a claim this past month (flooded bathroom) and the insurance company has given us fantastic service.

(You can get an online quote in about 3 minutes from any company in the country.) Ridiculous waste of time with these people. Find yourself an agent who actually values your business.

Unprofessional, unable to do their job effectively, and all around a hassle to deal with. Poor customer service and a headache is what you will get here. I wish I could put negative 5 stars…read more Issue #1: Didn't even ask basic questions about moving costs and tuition (in spite of filing in multiple states and starting a new job across the country for a new job). Would've lost thousands in deductions due to this pathetic handling of a new client. Issue #2: Didn't complete any of the work in a timely fashion--it took more than 3 weeks for completion of the taxes, barely before the deadline. Issue #3: He lost the return documents in the mail.
