Wells Fargo Bank in Marshalltown on South Center has suddenly acquired Terrible Service due to a…read morecomplete change in Staff. Apparently these new ones came from the Main downtown Bank which is closing. This New Crew is Totally Unfriendly, Rude and Impolite. The older blonde mgr is extremely Snarky and Unpleasant to deal with. They are lazy and unwilling to wait on more than two customers at a time even when there are 4 of them standing around doing nothing. The older bottle Blonde woman who is apparently in charge is determined to sit on her backside and man the teller window, sipping coffee or water and waiting on NO ONE for 30 minutes while a line forms waiting for service. This is TERRIBLE and I have decided to REMOVE my considerable ASSETS from this Bank to a smaller GNB Bank that I have Fewer Funds with! At least they are professional, courteous and polite with customers and do not sit around doing nothing while 7-10 people wait. And this did NOT happen during lunch or on a Friday, but at 11:30 on a slow Thursday when they were at FULL STAFF.
