Then, I realized she is only an answering service, and if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I would have to wait 6 days until someone else returned to the office to call me to get my information (and who knows how long I'd have to wait to be seen after that). If the first person I spoke to is any indicator on how the rest of my experience will go, I will easily move on and find someone else.

Hey, I'm a realist & things happen beyond our control so the clinic being a part of the hospital was a big plus to me. We arrived at my appointed time. The front desk ladies were awesome & checkin was easy. We were shown to a waiting room & surprisingly my name was called a very short while later. I was shown to my private bed & the admitting nurse went through all the paperwork with me, I changed into a very fashionable gown & she popped in the IV (she was a good stick, the IV was in on the first try & did not leave a bruise!). After another short wait, H gave me a kiss & I was on my way. I was wheeled into the room where the procedure wad top take place. There were a few people there, all busy seeing things up. They greeted me warmly. This is when I decided to close my eyes because I did not want to see the tools & whatnot they were laying out. The next thing I knew I was waking up & H was holding my hand. I was told the prep was the worst part of a colonoscopy & it's true. Whatever drug they used worked wonders without leaving me woozy & unsteady. I felt good enough to go out for breakfast. It's like nothing happened. Easy peasy. The staff at this clinic are phenomenal. The nurses are the best & they are all angels! Caring & empathetic, these women & gentlemen were top notch. For something I was not looking forward to & worried about, it turned out to be a very nice experience.

While my Doctors have been decent. Currently with Dr.Gollapalli. My experiences with this office…read morehas been horrible. My medications don't get refilled. The pharmacy requests sit unanswered. I spent an hour and a half yesterday trying to speak with someone to understand why the refills haven't been sent back. I was told ok, let me check and call you back. NO CALL BACK, no refills. Down to my last dose of a maintenance medication for potential life-threatening condition. Call pharmacy today, "no sir, we don't have the authorization from your doctor". Spent 2 hours on phone trying to speak with someone. I finally received a call saying "you haven't had your follow up appointment so we can't refill your prescription". Mind you, I have been on the same meds with the same dosage FOR YEARS. Second, my recent follow up appointment was canceled by the Dr office! Then the next appointment was during hurricane and canceled! Meanwhile, the pharmacy sent the request TWO WEEKS ago, no contact from the Dr office whatsoever stating there was any kind of issue! I was told they would send over a temporary supply only if I scheduled an appointment right that second. This office is horrible to deal, no patient focus whatsoever. Will hold your HEALTH HOSTAGE to make sure they get their appointment $$. You are JUST A DOLLAR SIGN here! STAY AWAY! I will be finding a new doctor in short order!
