I ordered four prints of some Yelp signs on foam board on a Friday night and had them all done on a Tuesday morning. Bryan, my printer contact, was very attentive and communicated constantly via email. When I got the signs, I realized they were all in red, shit, I had only sent him the red versions! I needed four signs, but in different colors; red, black and gold. I emailed Bryan immediately and told him about my mistake. Bryan got back to me within a few minutes and said he could get the new colors done ASAP. On top of that he gave a discount for the new order. My dude!
