I have been going here for years to avoid the lines at the ups store but i've noticed the staff here has only gotten worse with their terrible attitudes m. Today was it for me. The older lady at the counter was beyond rude and shouldn't be in any position that involves customer interaction. Left and went to the UPS store. No line today. quick and out the door. Postal Annex Mt Juliet consistently impresses me. I am so thankful for their team over the past few years. I was having a bad day today and called to see if they could assist me. I literally called right before they closed and felt surprised by the warm greeting and support. There was no rushing me but instead cheerfulness. I will continue to vote them the best in Mt Juliet. Today I went in here to mail something and print something and the lady who helped me was so incredibly sweet and helpful. This place is an absolute rip off !!! I just went to deliver a package at ups and saw they had just opened a new location in providence so I decided to try them out . They claim they have competitive rates between ups,dhl,fed ex and usps. Cool. The employee takes my info , measures my package etc.... cheapest price was usps . Ok . I pay and leave . Something wasn't right . I reviewed my receipt and noticed it was grossly overpriced. I call the ups store right across the street and give them the info directly off of the receipt I just received from the postal annex . Ups quoted me a rate that was $12 cheaper !!!! Don't fall for the competitive rate propaganda. This place is garbage read more

I had a layover flight while leaving Pittsburgh and I was able to stop by Tennessee. While I was crunched on time I had to go ahead and make a stop at the Postal Store to send out a package to a close friend of mine since I didn't want to carry it on the flight, since I was strapped for time they were extremely helpful and able to let me just drop it off get it to the right destination while I can get back to the airport so I can catch my flight extremely pleased and satisfied special shoutout to the store manager Dennis for understanding my time situation he certainly went above and beyond! read more

So thankful that these guys are right next door to our business! I had them help me ship and pack an expensive piece of equipment off to be repaired. They went above and beyond to help me out, even providing a screwdriver to help me remove some of the extra pieces that I didn't need to ship. They packaged everything up really well.
