Spoke to the assistant manager and everything sounds great. I specifically asked about availabilities on the phone before I make this tour appointment. I clearly explained to the manager which days I need coverage for my child. Everything sounded great on the phone so we decided to take a tour of the place before we start enrollment. I got there 15 minutes early with my toddler. The manager asked me to sign in and after take a seat, my child and I sat there almost half an hour before the manager came back and told us there was no availability and there's no reason in taking the tour, but she would love to put us on the waiting list.. I mean good God that's not what I was told on the phone. Just a waste of time. This was certainly unprofessional. Moving forward please improve communication.

Right now he goes to the Community Center and prior to that to the Gordon Creek site. Wendy is fantastic, she is very sensitive to each individual child's needs and wants. Chris Grubb is very accommodating and responsive to requests or to answer questions. He oversees the entire program, keeping in compliance and maintaining a safe environment for the children . He is particularly wonderful with the kids. There are always fun activities going on that the kids can choose from. The beautiful big gym with the new floor is great for the kids to exercise in when it is too cold to go outside to the playground at the center or around the corner at the Malta Ave school. The staff is medication certified which is also a great asset for children, like my son, who need routine medications. BACC is close to downtown so on special occasions or "adventure days" Chris and the staff organize walking trips for ice cream or pizza. I can't say enough good about the program.
