The four of us rolled up without a booking to see that they had two tables (about 16+) women dressed in spotty clothes and drinking champagne & goon, eating chips and goodness knows what else. We could barely hear what each other was saying let alone tell the poor waitress what we wanted over their noise.
However, the service was excellent. The food was very good and came out in a timely manner. I really liked the soft shell crab. I have eaten this before but the waitress kindly explained that you eat the shell to our dining buddies.
There were plenty of people in the restaurant.
The waitresses excelled themselves in dealing with the womens' group too as time wore on and more was drunk they became noisier. Ah yes, and as demonstrated it is obviously BYO. read more
