From revealing my HIPAA protected data years ago due to failed IT practices to repeatedly failing to communicate to me about scheduling changes on their side, they always disappoint. The organization seems to embody the worst example of a roll-up of practices turning into a dysfunctional monster that dehumanizes its patients. Doctors there view their role as employees of the entity and they don't seem to have the sense of personal connection to their patients that other physicians I see possess.

He was always friendly and kind, even when I was terrified by the scope (wanna guess where it went at the urologist?) and acting like a total baby. He said he could do more tests if I get concerned later in the future but since he found nothing with what he had done so far he didn't see a need to do so unless it was to assuage my concerns.
