Get your "juice" fix here! If you've been feeling tired and/or a bit under the weather come visit for a quick pick me up. Masks were required when I visited so please be respectful and mindful of their protocol. I got a vitamin infusion that included every vitamin they could possibly fit in the bag. It was a quick "bolus" infusion and after I felt l had a bit more energy. I was really dehydrated prior to my visit and prob should have gone back for another, but price wise..it is a no for me. The Nurse practitioner Lindsey and the young lady at the front desk were very nice and checked in me periodically. As other reviewers pointed out, they do not explain things very well. I had to ask the same questions over and over. It was confusing to understand how the IV, Shots and Membership worked. I also came in specifically because their website says they offer heavy metal testing. But then the girl at the intake said they did not. Some one behind her corrected her and said they did and that I would get the results first thing the next day. I asked how I would get them and she said they would call me first thing in the morning. 1. exactly which metals do they test for? 2. How long does it take to get the results? I had to call them myself later the next afternoon and they gave me the run around. They didn't explain that they had to send it out to a separate lab or that it would take a week. Instead, they acted like it was my fault that they didn't know the details of the products they sell, saying "you should have asked the nurse". I had signed up for the membership, but once I realized they couldn't answer basic questions and repeatedly tried to gaslight me, I decided this wasn't a place I wanted sticking me with a needle on a regular basis. read more

Horrible visit today at the West clinic. I used to be a regular here and have spent alot of money. Family friends with the owner and was appalled at the rude and unprofessional staff at this location. They were so snobby and unhelpful I couldn't even get my blood pressure down. A place that has "health" in its name should be adhering to the strongest safety protocols. While I am here, the man working the front desk is not wearing a mask. There is some man sitting in the lobby just hanging out not wearing a mask. Multiple customers have come in, been serviced and left all not wearing masks. Additionally, the customers and the man lingering in the lobby have all touched and leaned on the counter and it has not been wiped down once. My elderly mother is here to get hydration as she is a cancer patient. This company needs to recognize that their clientele are who we are trying to shield from this horrible virus. read more

My second visit to Pro Health Wellness was really great. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. My IV drip was simple, quick, and painless. I would love to see the space made a little bit more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Maybe some color on the walls? It is easy to give the Pro Health Wellness Clinic five stars. It has a warm and relaxed feel, not sterile and stuffy. The staff is very nice and helpful. I had a ton of questions about the different services they offer and they took the time to explain everything even though there were quite a few clients there. Instead of having to go to several locations to get weight loss pills, meal replacements, labs drawn or prescriptions (someone got a prescription for anti smoking medication, for example)...you can just go here. They also offer IV hydration. I may be wrong, but I don't think any place in Memphis offers that. They offer standard IV fluids and a bunch of different additives so you can customize your bag for what you need. The "Hangover Cure" is something I will be heading there for. I got the Vitamin Booster IV hydration today, mainly out of curiosity, and was very pleased. The "hydration room" is well appointed with very comfortable leather recliners, a TV and low lighting. I will say, if you come for the IV hydration, you may want to bring a small blanket as those fluids can make you cold. The Nurse Practitioner that started my IV was quick and did so with minimal pain. The IV took about 30 minutes to run in. read more

There are not enough good things to say about this place. Liz was great! I didn't know what I needed, but their consultative approach made it very easy to decide. It is amazing how good you feel after leaving, and I was amazed how relaxing it is. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the tv's to watch are great too! Just got my rainy day see racial B12 shot. The prices at this place are amazing.You can't beat the ease of this place. I parked right in front and was promptly greeted by a RN who helped me fill out the paperwork. The shot experience is also great! They take you to a private room with a tv and a big leather chair to sit in while you are getting your shot.
