All I can say is WOW. The staff has very limited knowledge. Every time you ask them a technical question they cant aswer it and I mean various departments not just one. Recently I asked for a subsrtate for EPDM rubber roof and they told me fiberboard which has an asphalt surface. After many $$ and hours labor I was just getting ready to glue the rubber downa nd I found out that this surface is not approved.All I can say is not only can they not give you answers but the can give you the wrong answers. I placed a special order on line through the Davison store, and needed to change the delivery from "store" to "site" and could contact the store. The automated phone system has not worked for weeks. If one orders on line there is no procedure to modify the delivery electronically, or by phone. The complete lack of customer service in this area, along with Menard's store policies, should make customers run to Home Depot as I am. Please read, and believe the reviews on this Davison Michigan store, as my experience there opened my eyes. read more

just a bit disapointed with the service of this store. checking out whew do you bag your own ? or do they bag your things? my checker tells me they can eah, but you the customer thats your job hmp. is that so, in this intrum i didn"t get my receipt! Well customer servicws tells me even though i called 30 mn. after my visit the receipt was ripped up and tossed away. mmmm. find that odd, mind you i would have returned to get it.but don't bother it's gone! but if you have to bring anything back you can get an n' store credit, this of course is do to the fact i paid cash, lot of hassel for what it's worth. i was excited about a minards so close, butttttttttttttt! you dont hold a candle to you bay city store, to bad for the folks in this area read more
