My husband backed in to make it as convenient as possible for the associate to help him load his 30 bags. As soon as he got out of the car the associate said sorry guy "im off the clock" and walked away. Unbeknownst to him my husband had cash handy to tip him. He had to have seen my husband who had been waiting for 15 min. He should have given him heads up so my hubby could have found another associate to help him. Why can't we find good help? I called ahead to see if they would help me out and they said to bring it in and they'd exchange it. Instead of a new one, they gave me a refurbished one that someone had returned before, they send it out, get it fixed, and give it to the next person who brings one back. Which I thought was kinda weird, I don't know how old/how long it was used/ or anything like that. And I figured with a warranty I could get a new one. But at least I was able to bring home a light that worked the same day. They're okay but not my favorite in the area.
