The North Platte Nebraska store is the worse store in the Menards corral. The employees are absolutely the rudest, obnoxious bunch I have seen. The store is very dirty. No stock on shelves. Our receipt was damaged. I asked for duplicate and they could not provide one unless they run all my items back through as a credit and then rescanned them. I didn't have time. It says on the rebate that if the receipt is damaged it would not be accepted. The manager Misty argued with that statement and was the rudest person I ever dealt with. She was argumentative and very uncourteous. I can't believe a manager with that attitude is allowed to be in that position. read more

Terrible Rebate Program--Highway robbery. I ordered railing for my deck from Menards during their 11% rebate promotion. The rules at Menards state rebate for store credit within 6 weeks. It doesn't come and when you call the rebate center--first there is no way to call; however, their website says "due to covid 19 it now takes 10 weeks". After 10 weeks still nothing. Can't track the rebate with the number on receipt. Menards customer service won't help--they say that the rebates are going through a different company and then try to insinuate that the USPS didn't deliver the mail, or I didn't send it.
